Grammar Nazis Trigger Warning:
Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Mann Ki Baat is something that the entire nation looks forward to every month. It is through this show that PM Modi addresses all Indians.
However, things took a slight turn this time a day before his Sunday address.
PM Modi took to Twitter to ask the people to tune in at 11 AM on 26th July. But wait, there’s a small error there. In his tweet he or perhaps his social media team misspelled ‘tomorrow’ as ‘tonorrow’.
The tweet triggered the Grammar Nazis and they came onto Twitter to create some hilarious memes about it.
Many people started comparing this to the ‘covfefe’ moment of U.S. President Donald Trump. In this similar instance, President Trump had misspelled the word ‘coverage’ as ‘covfefe’. Trump had tweeted, “Despite the constant negative press covfefe” on May 31, 2017.
It is very surprising that literally anything under the sun can become a major trend on Twitter. What is ‘tonorrow’? A simple typo which can happen with anyone.
But, on Twitter, it may get a little heavy!
The trend was further escalated when a few other leaders copied the exact same text and pasted it on Twitter without noticing the typo.
The Indian Meme Community did not leave this opportunity to poke the leaders for not proofreading the tweet. The trend led the tweet to be deleted. But don’t worry, the memes are still fresh and will make you ROFL!

Well, all we can say is, typos can happen to anyone. ‘tonorrow’ was a simple error, but the memes that followed turned out to be so hilarious that we just couldn’t stop noticing such a tiny typo.
